Patrick Darkwa Asomaning, a parliamentary candidate for Made constituency has advised the National Democratic Congress to quit throwing tantrums and the blame games if they want their dream of winning elections to come to fruition

While speaking in an interview with Kwaku Dawuro, on Movement in the Morning show, on Movement TV/Wontumi radio, he described the NDCs as adults with temper tantrums who are fond of blaming people when things go south for them in elections. He cautioned them on things to put in place before going for an election if their intention is to emerge as winner he stated.

”When NPP lost the elections in 2012 and went to the supreme court, that is where Atuguba in the presence of prominent Judges said elections are won at the polling station, not the court room or EC’s office. The party due to that took it upon them to train polling agents for the election, which I was part. Professionals were trained on how to keep Pink sheets and it led to an unprecedented election results. Over 1 million votes for NPP to come to power.

Look, NDC wasn’t prepared during the 2016 elections, they used a phone called F9 for the coalition and since it didn’t work out for them they then blamed the electoral commission since they lost the election. Just like Professor Whyte indicated, if they want to win elections, they should be prepared instead of playing blame games he added.
