The nasty divorce between actor and singer Tyrese Gibson and his estranged wife, Samantha Lee Gibson, has been resolved.
Hence, after a final court hearing, Tyrese and Samantha Lee are both single and free to mingle.
As reported earlier, Tyrese was adamant about paying 20,000 dollars in child support, claiming it was “unreasonably high.”
Tyrese, among others, requested enforcement of their prenup and joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya Gibson.
The court has now ordered Tyrese to pay $10,690/month in child support.
The judge said the $10k/month dates back to when Samantha first filed for divorce in September 2020, which means he owes his ex a lump sum of $209k.
However, Tyrese got a credit, noting he had been making Samantha’s car payments for two years. The judge knocked off $46k, bringing the lump sum down to $169k.
Neither party will pay spousal support, and Tyrese’s request to keep their Range Rover and let Samantha have their Land Rover was granted too.
