Poland relaxes rule on face mask

The Polish government has decided to lift further restrictions imposed to curb the spread of the coronavirus, allowing gyms, theatres and cinemas to reopen from June 6.

As of May 30, Poles will no longer have to don masks when outdoors, though these will still have to be worn in closed spaces such as public transport, shops, cinemas and churches, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Wednesday, announcing the fourth stage of the government’s easing of a lockdown.
