The Ghana Police Service has resolved an incident involving a broken seal on an electoral material bag in Koforidua, meant for a constituency in the Eastern Region.
The issue was identified when the bag was removed from the armoury, revealing that the seal had come off during the packing and unpacking process.
Following investigations, the Electoral Commission and political party representatives confirmed that the contents of the bag were intact, with no signs of tampering.
The authorities have assured stakeholders that the incident has been thoroughly addressed, maintaining the integrity of the electoral materials.
