Spanish football giants, Real Madrid unveiled English midfielder, Jude Bellingham after the player signed from German-side Dortmund for over $100m fee.
Club President, Florentino Pérez described the player as “one of best players in the world joins us today… Jude is here because he wanted it”
“He could’ve gone to any other club, as many wanted him… but he chose to be at Real Madrid. So welcome and thank you for your ambition”, he added.
Jude Bellingham has been given the number 5 jersey after speculations that he will wear the number 7 jersey following in the steps of Cristiano Ronaldo and Eden Hazard. The number 5 was however worn by former Chelsea Fc defender, Toni Rudiger.
It is expected that the defender will be given a new number in the coming days.
