Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that her family was initially against her marriage to politician Ned Nwoko.
During a live session on her social media, she addressed rumors suggesting she had no say in the relationship, noting that Nwoko is significantly older than her.
Regina shared that her mother and family were opposed to her marrying the politician. At the time she met Nwoko, she was dating about 20 other boyfriends but ultimately chose him.
She recounted an experience: “I was frustrated about visiting my boyfriend, asking my mom why we all needed to go sightseeing. But when I arrived, I met a charming man. The lesson? Don’t let your boyfriend prevent you from finding your husband.
When I first saw my husband, I completely forgot about my boyfriend. At that time, I had around 20 boyfriends, each serving a different role. Some believe I was forced into this marriage, but my family was against it.
