Cagliari 1-3 Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a sensational perfect hat-trick inside 32 minutes for Juventus as they lead Cagliari 3-0.

The Portuguese superstar has been criticised this week for his part in Juve’s shock Champions League exit at the hands of Porto.

But a motivated ‘CR7’ rocked up at the Sardegna Arena on Sunday and opened the scoring inside 10 minutes with a trademark header.

He then stepped up to the penalty spot to net a second after goalkeeper Alessio Cragno fouled the 36-year-old.

A third goal with his left foot came in the 32nd minute following some lovely work from Federico Chiesa to give the away side a comfortable lead and surely all three points.

Fans have reacted to Ronaldo’s performance and they don’t think anyone else in world football could produce it, given the harsh criticism this week.

Victory for Juventus will see them remain third in the table and still ten points behind leaders Inter Milan.

Inter ran out 2-1 winners over Torino earlier on Sunday thanks to goals from Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.
