The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has urged the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government to start preparing their handing over notes.

During the presentation of the NDC’s manifesto at Winneba on Saturday, Mahama expressed confidence in his party’s chances in the upcoming elections and criticized the NPP’s governance.
He accused the NPP of failing to deliver on its promises and mismanaging the country’s resources, which has resulted in economic hardships and social challenges.
Mahama assured Ghanaians that the NDC is ready to take over and implement policies that will restore hope and development.
He emphasized that Ghanaians are ready for change, and the NDC is prepared to provide the leadership and solutions needed to move the country forward.
He also highlighted the NDC’s commitment to addressing key issues such as job creation, healthcare, education, and infrastructure development, stressing that the NDC’s manifesto offers practical and actionable plans to improve the lives of Ghanaians.
“We the members of the National Democratic Congress have gathered here to express our utmost belief in democratic governance and to proclaim right here that the time is up for this administration and the time is up for them to go.”
“They have decimated our democracy beyond recognition. They have destroyed families and livelihoods and pushed millions of our people below the poverty line.
Your vote on December 7 will end the tyranny, it will end the cronyism, the corruption, the hardship, and it will also pave the way for the vision and trustworthiness, and I am going to restore that to the Flagstaff House.”
“This government must begin writing their handing over notes if they have not started that already,” he stated.
