Renowned playwright and respected relationship expert, Uncle Ebo Whyte, has challenged the conventional belief that men dominate sexual encounters, asserting that women actually hold the power in these moments.

In a recent interview with Giovanni Caleb, Uncle Ebo urged men to stop boasting about their sexual exploits, stating that they are not the true winners in such affairs.

“When a man sleeps with a woman, he often tells his friends, ‘Oh, I finished her.’ But if you really understood who finished whom, you’d stop talking,” he said.

“In any sexual encounter, the winner is not the man; it’s the woman. The man gives away his energy, reputation, opportunities, and more.”

Uncle Ebo advised men to maintain their self-respect and dignity, cautioning that reckless and irresponsible actions can lead to severe consequences.

He emphasized the importance of self-awareness and making wise decisions to avoid compromising one’s values and integrity.

“When you recognize the need to respect yourself, you understand that certain actions can bring you down and strip you of your respect and reputation. So, be careful,” he warned.

He shared a piece of advice from an older friend, saying, “When you go to the forest and find a table laid out, walk away because you don’t know why the table is there.”

Meanwhile, Uncle Ebo Whyte and his Roverman Productions are set to premiere a new play titled “I Want To Feed You.”

The play will be staged at the National Theatre in Accra on September 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2024. The showtimes are as follows: Fridays at 7 pm, Saturdays at 4 pm and 8 pm, and Sundays at 1 pm, 4 pm, and 8 pm.
