Inaki Williams replaces Jordan Ayew as the lead striker.

Coach Otto Addo expressed confidence in his team’s chances, saying, “I’m very sure we will win this game.”

The match takes place at the Benina Martyrs Stadium in Libya.

Ghana’s formation will be 4-2-3-1.

Addo made only one change to the starting lineup from the previous game.
