Throughout his time at Bechem United, the forward consistently demonstrated his prowess in the Ghana Premier League, scoring an impressive 34 goals in 97 appearances over the span of four seasons.

His standout performance during the 2022-23 season earned him a call-up to represent the Ghanaian national team in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, where they played against Madagascar in June.

Interestingly, other prominent clubs, Hearts of Oak and Al Hilal SC from Sudan, expressed their interest in acquiring the striker’s services. Nevertheless, he ultimately decided to embrace a new chapter in his career with the Tanzanian team, adding a sense of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming season.

The Tanzanian club, eagerly looking forward to competing in the CAF Champions League, has made strategic moves to strengthen their roster by acquiring talented foreign players, including the Ghanaian forward.

During the previous season, the Tanzanian club had a commendable run in the CAF Confederation Cup, reaching the finals but narrowly falling short to the Algerian side, USM Alger.
