The management of Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) has reported technical problems with its Lightwave Health Information Management System (LHIMS), causing delays in service delivery.

As the hospital, which usually operates paperless, has switched to a manual system, patients are experiencing longer wait times and extended queues.
In a statement, TTH management assured the public that a dedicated team is working to fix the issue and return to normal operations swiftly.
They apologized for the inconvenience and promised to keep everyone informed about the progress.
