The Transition Team, responsible for overseeing the transfer of government operations, convened on Friday, December 27, 2024, at the Accra International Conference Centre to receive reports from its various subcommittees.
This meeting is part of efforts to ensure an organized and efficient handover of power and responsibilities across different governance sectors.
A statement from the team’s spokespersons, Fatimatu Abubakar and Felix Kwakye Ofosu, confirmed that all subcommittees presented their reports, except for the Social Sector Sub-Committee.
No reason was given for the failure of the Social Sector Sub-Committee to present its report.
