Two vehicles along with their occupants burnt to ashes

Two vehicles were completely consumed by fire in East Legon on Saturday afternoon, October 12.

The cause of the blaze remains unclear, but videos shared by the Ghana Fire Service on Facebook suggest that a burning electric pole may have ignited the flames that engulfed the vehicles.

According to the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), four individuals were burned beyond recognition, although this information has yet to be confirmed.

As of the latest updates, GNFS personnel were on the scene working to recover the bodies from the charred vehicles.

The identities of the deceased have not yet been established, and the cause of the incident is still under investigation.
