Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has expressed his confidence in Ghanaian youth to uphold peace and stability throughout the upcoming 2024 General Elections and beyond.
He emphasized their history of demonstrating peaceful conduct and reaffirmed this belief following his participation as the reviewing officer at the 70th anniversary of the National Cadet Corps & Cadet Youth Parade held at the Black Star Square today.
“I emphasized the crucial role of the Cadet Corps and advocated for various security agencies to prioritize uncovering talented individuals from the National Cadet Corps and similar volunteer youth groups.
This includes offering them quotas and opportunities during recruitment into various security services.”
