1) Billie Eilish reveals watching porn from age 11 ‘really destroyed my brain’

Grammy-winning singer Billie Eilish has spoken about an addiction to watching pornography, starting at age 11, and how it gave her nightmares and messed her up when she started dating. Eilish, who turns 20 on Saturday, was speaking on “The Howard Stern Show” on Sirius XM radio.

“I think porn is a disgrace. I used to watch a lot of porn, to be honest. I started watching porn when I was, like, 11,” the “Bad Guy” singer said, saying it helped her feel as if she were cool and “one of the guys.” “I think it really destroyed my brain and I feel incredibly devastated that I was exposed to so much porn,” she added, saying she suffered nightmares because some of the content she watched was so violent and abusive.

2) 29-year-old man killed, another injured in a tragic robbery attack

A 29-year-old man Emmanuel Gavor has been shot dead while another person has sustained a gunshot wound on the leg after armed robbers attacked them at Awutu Loye in the Awutu Senya West District of the Central Region. The sad incident happened Tuesday, December 14, around 9:00 PM.

Kojo Abbam who survived the shooting incident in an interview said, they were going to the sand winning site in the area when the incident occurred. He revealed the robbers shot his friend after he failed to hand over his money to them.

3) German police foil anti-vaxxer murder plot against state premier

German police have foiled a plot by anti-vaccination activists to murder the state premier of Saxony in eastern Germany, they said on Wednesday, as concerns grow over an increasingly violent pushback against COVID-19 vaccination plans.

The plot to kill Michael Kretschmer is the latest in a series of incidents that underscore the anger of some Germans over restrictions on the unvaccinated and plans to make vaccinations compulsory for the general population.

4) Tesla to accept dogecoin as payment for merchandise, says Musk

Tesla Inc  chief Elon Musk said on Tuesday the electric carmaker will accept dogecoin as payment for merchandise on a test basis, sending the meme-based cryptocurrency up over 20%. “Tesla will make some merch buyable with Doge & see how it goes,” Musk said in a tweet. The carmaker’s shares were down 3% in early trading, amid broader market declines.

Dogecoin , popular among retail investors, raced up to $0.20 after the tweet. Musk’s tweets on the cryptocurrency, including the one where he called it the “people’s crypto”, have helped the meme coin soar 5,859% over the past year, according to data from Coinbase website.

5) Sergio Aguero announces early retirement due to heart condition

Sergio Aguero has announced his retirement from football at the age of 33 due to a heart condition. The Manchester City record goal-scorer, who moved to Barcelona on a free transfer in the summer, had to be substituted during his team’s 1-1 draw with Alaves in October after receiving medical assistance on the pitch to treat chest pains and dizziness.

The Argentina striker was taken to hospital for cardiac tests, after which he was ruled out for three months. However, Aguero did not make his return to the field before announcing on Wednesday at the Camp Nou that his playing career has ended.
