A Nigerian woman, Chiwendu Nwadi, has filed for divorce from her husband, Emeka Nwadi, after 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
She alleges Emeka poisoned her drink, causing her to miscarry, and has a history of domestic violence, adultery, and fetish behavior.
Chiwendu also claims Emeka denied paternity of their children and accused her of adultery and lesbianism.
Chiwendu seeks dissolution of the marriage, custody of their three children, and financial support, including ₦1 million monthly for feeding, medicals, and maintenance.
She also requests the return of her personal belongings and shop items.
The case has been adjourned until November 5, as Emeka was absent from the hearing.
